If you need a demountable office or extra space on your site in Melbourne without committing to a permanent build, you’re in the right place. We hire portable modular buildings from our Melbourne operation. If you’d rather own one, the same buildings are also available to buy.
Do we come to Melbourne? Yes — the building is manufactured at our facility and transported in, so what matters on site is access for the delivery rather than conditions for a build.
Portable Building Hire in Melbourne
You get a finished building that’s ready to use: a demountable office or modular space on your site for as long as you need it. If a standard layout doesn’t suit the way you’ll use it, the design can be customised. Hiring means you get the space your project needs without taking on a permanent structure.
How it works
You tell us what the building’s for, roughly how much space you need and how long you’ll need it. We’ll work out whether a standard unit fits or a custom design is worth it. Your building is made in our factory rather than put together on your site. Then it’s delivered and installed where you want it.
Why us
Every unit is built in our own facility under controlled conditions, not assembled on site. That means your building isn’t exposed to weather and site disruption while it’s being made. Your site isn’t tied up by a build either. It only needs to be ready when the finished unit arrives.
Units for Victorian jobs are built at our Dandenong South factory at 24 Columbia Court. Your building is made here, not shipped down from interstate.
Getting started
Get in touch and tell us what you need the space for, where your site is and how long you’ll need it. We’ll come back to you with the unit or design that fits, and whether hiring or buying suits you better.
