Modular Building Hire in Melbourne
You end up with a building on your site that people can walk into and work in. Not a shell — a finished space with lining, flooring, lighting, power and windows, sized to the number of people who have to use it. Take one module for a two-person site office, or join several for a full crib room, meeting room and amenities under one roof.
You hire it for as long as the job runs. When the job ends, we take it back. If the layout you need doesn’t exist off the shelf, we build it to your spec rather than making you work around ours, and you can buy outright instead of hiring if the need is permanent.
How it works
Tell us what the building is for, how many people use it, and roughly how long you need it. That’s usually enough for us to put up options and a price.
From there we confirm the spec and your site details — access for the truck and crane, where the unit sits, what it connects to. Then the unit is built or pulled from the fleet, transported in, set down and levelled, and handed over ready for connection. At the end of the term you call off-hire and we collect it.
Why us
Every unit is built in our own facilities in Brisbane and Melbourne, under controlled conditions rather than assembled on site. That’s the reason the finish is consistent from one unit to the next and the reason weather on your site doesn’t decide your delivery date — the building is already finished when it arrives. It also means changes to a layout are made on a factory floor by the people who built the thing, not improvised in a yard.
What it costs
There’s no rate card, because the number moves with the job. What drives it: how many modules you need and how they’re joined, the spec inside them, how long you hire for, transport distance, and how hard the unit is to get onto your site and set down. Longer terms cost less per week than short ones.
Give us the size, the term and the address and you’ll get a real figure rather than a range.
Victorian units come out of our own facility at 24 Columbia Court, Dandenong South — so the building you hire is manufactured here in the state, not freighted across the country to reach you.

Send through three things: the site address, what the building is for and how many people it has to hold, and when you need it on site. We’ll come back with options and a price. If you’re not sure of the layout yet, say so — that’s a normal starting point and we’ll work it out with you.
Common questions
Where are your Victorian buildings made?
At our own facility at 24 Columbia Court, Dandenong South. Units for Victoria are built there rather than shipped in from interstate.
Is the building assembled on my site?
No. Units are built in our own Brisbane and Melbourne facilities under controlled conditions, then transported in and set down. What arrives is a finished building, not a kit.
Can I buy instead of hire?
Yes. We hire and sell, so if the need is permanent you can buy the unit outright instead of running a hire term.
Can you build something to our own layout?
Yes — custom builds and designs are part of what we do, so if a standard unit doesn’t suit the way you work, tell us the layout you need.
