What arrives is a finished room, not a shell. Lined walls, flooring, lighting, power outlets, windows that open and a door that locks — built to be craned or trucked into position and put to work the same day. You choose the footprint: a single unit for a site office or crib room, or several joined to make a larger floor plate with corridors, separate offices and amenities. Where a standard unit doesn’t suit the site or the use, we build to your design instead. At the end of the hire we take it away and you’re left with the ground you started with.
How it works
Tell us what the space is for, how many people use it, and roughly how long you need it. We’ll come back with a unit or a configuration that fits, and a rate for the hire term.
Before delivery we confirm access — how the truck gets in, whether a crane is needed, and where the building lands. That’s the part worth getting right early, because it decides the delivery method and the cost of it.
On delivery day the building is positioned, levelled and set on footings or blocks. Services get connected. You walk through it, and it’s yours for the term. When you’re finished, we book the pick-up and it goes.
What it costs
Hire is charged as a rate over the term, with delivery and pick-up separate. Four things move the number: how big the building is and how many units make it up, how long you hold it, how specified the interior is — a bare site office costs less than a fitted-out amenities block — and how hard the site is to get into. A clear yard with room for a truck is the cheap case; a tight or elevated site needing a crane is not. Longer terms bring the weekly rate down. Give us the term and the access and you’ll get a real figure rather than a range.
