- Our awnings are Engineer designed and certified using quality 350 grade Australian “DuraGal” steel.

Steel
- All of our sales suites are constructed using quality 350 grade Australian “DuraGal” steel. This makes them strong, durable and robust.
- Backed by our Engineers certification you can be certain that our structures will handles the toughest of tests.
Balustrades & Decking
- We offer a range of boards and finishes to make your decking and ramps compliment your completed building.
- As standard we offer galvanized RHS steel handrails and balustrading. We use 3 mm stainless steel wire infill’s finished with 140 mm hardwood timber top rails.
- We can also offer customised 30 mm or 50 mm commercial and disability compliant handrails for the more up market point of sales environment.
Roofing
- Your choice of colours from the extensive “Colorbond” roofing range collection in your choice of profiles.
Internal Features
Air Conditioning
- All of our split system air conditioners are a minimum of 7kw cooling capacity. We also offer the comfort and energy efficiency by installing reverse cycle inverter air conditioners to all of our sales suites.
- We can also offer ducted air conditioning should it be required.
Kitchens
- We only use moisture resistant board for the construction of all our kitchens.
- We offer stainless steel handles as standard.
- All of our bench tops are 600 mm wide in your choice of Laminate, Caesarstone or custom finished.
Flooring
- As standard we install 8 mm laminate floating timber floors to all of our sales suites, however we can also offer 12 mm Engineered timber flooring, real hardwood timber flooring, tiles and commercial carpet.
PWD compliance
- All of our modular buildings are constructed to comply with the Australian Disability Code 1428.1 2009.
- This includes tactile indicators and braille signage.
Wall & Floor Insulation
- We supply and install to achieve 4.5-5.5 R value.
- All sub floor frames are insulated with modules insulated in compliance with Australian Standards and in accordance with Energy Efficiency requirements.
