Once your project requirement is complete, a phone call will see the building removed from your site on the agreed date.

SPM will arrange transport delivery and installation of your building to your site.
SPM’s professional installation can include stumping and tie down. Our licenced contractors can arrange connections to existing services.
SPM services include arranging relocation of your building within your estate or to another project if required.
SPM are compliant with local regulations and transport legislation. Our experienced team will assist in arranging any permits required for the transportation of your building.
