Need a site office, a lunchroom, a classroom or an extra room on a job and you don’t want to build one? That’s what this is. We hire out portable modular buildings across Queensland and Victoria, and if your site is in Brisbane or the surrounding region, you’re covered. If you’d rather own the unit outright than hire it, we sell them too.
Do we come to Brisbane? Yes — the building is manufactured at our facility and transported in, so what matters on site is access for the delivery rather than conditions for a build.
Portable Building Hire in Brisbane
You end up with a finished, usable room delivered to your site — lined, wired, fitted out and ready to work in, not a shell you have to finish yourself. Depending on what you’re doing, that might be a single site office, a lunchroom with a kitchenette, an amenities block, or several units joined into a larger complex with a meeting room and a corridor. If nothing standard suits the job, we design and build to what you actually need rather than making you work around a catalogue. When the hire ends, we take it away and you’re left with a clear site.
How it works
Tell us what the building is for, how many people are using it, and how long you need it. We’ll come back with a configuration and a hire rate. Once you’re happy, we check the practical side: where the unit sits, how the truck and crane get in, and what you’re connecting to for power and water. Then we schedule the build or allocate an existing unit, deliver it, set it down, level it and connect it. You sign off on site. At the end of the term, we book a pickup and collect.
Why us
The reason we can commit to a date and hold it is that we’re not a broker moving someone else’s stock. We manufacture the units ourselves, in our own facilities, which means the schedule, the spec and any changes you ask for sit with the same people you’re talking to — and the build happens under cover rather than being exposed to whatever the weather does that week.
What it costs
Hire is quoted per unit, and the rate moves on a few things: the size and number of units, how they’re fitted out, how long you need them, and how far and how awkward the delivery is. Longer terms cost less per week. A standard site office is the cheap end; a multi-unit complex with amenities and a custom layout is not. We’d rather quote your actual job than give you a number that turns out to be for something else, so the detail you give us up front is what makes the price accurate.
Queensland orders are built in Queensland. Our manufacturing facility is at 8 Orsova Street, Pinkenba — about twenty minutes from the CBD — so a unit for a site here is produced here rather than trucked down from another state.

Common questions
Are the units built here or brought in from interstate?
Built here. We manufacture in our own Brisbane and Melbourne facilities — the Queensland facility is at 8 Orsova Street, Pinkenba — so a Queensland order is produced in Queensland rather than transported from another state. Building indoors also minimises weather-related delays.
Can I buy instead of hiring?
Yes. We hire and sell the same modular buildings, so if the need is permanent it’s usually worth pricing both ways before you decide.
Can you build something that isn’t a standard unit?
Yes — we do custom builds and designs. If the layout, size or fitout you need isn’t in the standard range, tell us what the building has to do and we’ll design to that.
Do you only cover Brisbane?
No. We operate across Queensland and Victoria, with operations in Brisbane and Melbourne.
