Established in 1996 SPM Group manufactures quality modular sales and administration offices for hire and sale.
With Manufacturing facilities in Queensland and Victoria, we are able to service and supply modular buildings to the entire Eastern Seaboard of Australia.
We currently have in excess of 150 land sales suites throughout Australia.
We pride ourselves on the quality of all our modular buildings and remain totally flexible to our client’s needs.

Quality & Compliance
- With compliance to OHS Regulations and Australian Industry Safety Standards, we are able to control the high quality of all our modular buildings while at the same time remaining totally flexible to our client’s modular needs.
- Our steel framed modular buildings carry an Engineers’ Structural Certification for class 5 or 6 buildings. All our modular buildings comply with the Building Code of Australia (BCA) PWD toilets and access ramps, structural frame and bracing requirements and section J energy efficiency ratings.
- With the advantage of offsite construction we are able to ensure safety and quality controls, while minimising the obstructions of adverse weather and on site construction restrictions.
