Modular Building Hire in Acacia Ridge
You end up with a building, not a kit. It arrives lined, floored, wired and fitted out for the use you told us about — desks and air conditioning for an office, benches and sinks for a crib room, partitions and doors where you need rooms rather than one open space. Single units work on their own; where you need more floor area, units join to make one continuous space, so a site office can grow into a meeting room and amenities block without a second mobilisation. When the hire ends we take it away and you’re left with a clear site.
How it works
Tell us what the building is for, how long you want it, and where it’s going. We’ll put a layout and a hire rate in front of you, and if the standard arrangement doesn’t suit we’ll design around it. Once you’re happy, we book a delivery window, check access and the ground the building will stand on, and transport the unit in. Our crew sets it down, levels it, and connects it ready for your trades to run in power, water and waste. You use it for the term. At the end you give us notice, we collect it, and the hire closes out.
What it costs
Hire is priced as a rate for the term, with delivery, installation and collection on top — those are one-off costs tied to the trip, not to how long you keep the building. What moves the rate is size, how the inside is fitted out, and whether the layout is standard or built to your drawings. What moves the transport side is access: a clear hardstand with room for a truck and crane is the cheap version, a tight or sloping site is not. The honest answer on your number is that we need the layout and the site before we can give you one, which is why the quote comes before anything else.
Getting started
Send us the use, the rough size, the term and the site address. If you have a site plan or a photo of where the building is going, include it — access is usually the thing that decides the delivery price, and seeing it saves a round trip. We’ll come back with a layout and a hire rate you can put in a budget.

Can I hire rather than buy?
Both are available on the same buildings. Hire suits a fixed project or a stopgap; buying suits space you’ll need indefinitely. Tell us the term you have in mind and we’ll quote whichever fits.
Can the building be customised, or are they fixed layouts?
We build to your design as well as supplying standard units. If the off-the-shelf layout doesn’t suit the way you work, we’ll change it rather than ask you to work around it.
What do I need to have ready before delivery?
Somewhere level and firm for the building to sit, and access a truck can reach. We handle transport, set-down and levelling; your trades connect power, water and waste once it’s in place.
