Do we come to Brisbane? Yes — the building is manufactured at our facility and transported in, so what matters on site is access for the delivery rather than conditions for a build.

You get a modular building worked out around what you need it to do, not a stock unit you have to make do with. The design is yours, and it’s built as modular units off-site and then installed where you need it. That’s the difference between a building that suits the work and a building the work has to fit around.
How it works
You tell us what the building is for and where it’s going. We work through the design with you until it fits that brief. Your units are then built in our own facility rather than on your site. Once they’re finished, we deliver and install them, so the time your site is tied up is spent on installation, not construction.
Why us
Every unit is built in our own facilities in Brisbane and Melbourne, not subcontracted out. Building there minimises weather-related delays, so a wet week is less likely to push your build back. We’re Australian owned, and our work has won awards.
If your order is for Queensland, it’s made in Queensland. Our factory is at 8 Orsova Street, Pinkenba, so your building is produced here rather than trucked in from another state.

Common questions
Where will my building be made?
Queensland orders are built at our Pinkenba factory, 8 Orsova Street, Pinkenba QLD 4008. They aren’t transported in from interstate.
Will bad weather delay my build?
Your units are built in our own facility, which minimises weather-related delays compared with building on site.
Do you only work in Brisbane?
No. We supply modular buildings across Queensland from Brisbane, and in Victoria from our Melbourne operation.
