Internal Features
Air Conditioning
- All of our split system air conditioners are a minimum of 7kw cooling capacity. We also offer the comfort and energy efficiency by installing reverse cycle inverter air conditioners to all of our sales suites.
- We can also offer ducted air conditioning should it be required.
Flooring
- As standard we install 8 mm laminate floating timber floors to all of our sales suites, however we can also offer 12 mm Engineered timber flooring, real hardwood timber flooring, tiles and commercial carpet.
Kitchens
- We only use moisture resistant board for the construction of all our kitchens.
- We offer stainless steel handles as standard.
- All of our bench tops are 600 mm wide in your choice of Laminate, Caesar stone or custom finished.
PWD compliance
- All of our modular buildings are constructed to comply with the Australian Disability Code 1428.1 2009.
- This includes tactile indicators and braille signage.
Wall & Floor Insulation
- We supply and install 60mm triple layer batts to all wall and ceiling cavities to achieve 4.5-5.5 R value.
- All sub floor frames are insulated with 20mm poly-foil board to achieve 2.2 R value.
