Rental Versus Buy Option

Advantage of Rental over purchase

  1. Rental payments on your building are fully tax deductable for your business
  2. SPM Group will deliver your building at a predetermined time and date
  3. SPM Group insure your building against loss or damage (you should insure your contents)
  4. Any maintenance to do with the structural building, air conditioning or the toilet will be promptly rectified by SPM Group staff
  5. SPM Group will arrange and pay for toilet pump out (if your building is provided with a chemical toilet)
  6. Once your project requirement is complete, a phone call will see the building removed from your site on the agreed date
  7. Hiring your portable building is hassle free from insurance to maintenance to having it removed and not having the dilemma of what to do with a building left on your site

Of course if you choose the purchase option SPM services including external service connection and relocation of your building within your estate or to another project if required, are available to you.
